What is Orbit2Orbit?+
Orbit2Orbit is an Australian in-space logistics company. We are building the missing infrastructure layer between launch and long-term commercial operations in orbit, moving, servicing, replacing and recovering hardware once it is in space.
Where is the company based?+
Engineering, manufacturing, mission operations and intellectual property are developed on the Gold Coast, Australia, with global launch and customer partnerships.
What are Orbit2Orbit's two connected platforms?+
Lab2Space is our near-term commercial platform, providing an end-to-end pathway for preparing, integrating and validating payloads across stratospheric, suborbital and orbital environments. O2O is our longer-term reusable orbital logistics network, being designed to transport, service, replace and recover hardware across data centres, space stations and other orbital platforms.

Leadership brings more than 60 years of combined aerospace experience and 12+ flown missions, spanning senior manufacturing and satellite roles across Australian and international space programs, backed by advisors in industrial chemistry, advanced manufacturing and propulsion.

Market and opportunity

Why now?+
Launch cost per kilogram has fallen by around 95% since the Shuttle era. The global space economy is projected to grow from around US$630B in 2023 to US$1.8T by 2035. AI is driving demand for microgravity materials testing and creating pressure for space-based compute. Capital is flowing at record levels into commercial space.
How large is the in-space logistics market?+
In-space logistics is projected to reach approximately US$51B in the 2030s, of which we estimate a serviceable segment of around US$16.5B tied to growing orbital cargo demand as launch costs fall further.
How does AI change the opportunity?+
AI is straining terrestrial grids and data-centre infrastructure. As space-based compute and orbital data centres come online, that hardware will need to be validated, deployed, serviced, upgraded and replaced. That validation and logistics layer is what O2O is being built for.
How many space stations are coming online?+
Multiple commercial stations are announced to succeed the ISS, including China Space Station, Vast Haven-1, ROSS, Axiom and Starlab. Each is a future logistics customer, and together they are expected to quadruple both people and cargo demand in orbit this decade.

Technology and operations

What is the Payload Housing Unit (PHU)?+
The PHU is a standardised payload carrier. Combined with the SPINE interface it creates a common payload architecture usable across stratospheric, suborbital and orbital missions, reducing bespoke integration for every customer.
What altitudes does Lab2Space support?+
Lab2Space supports a staged progression: high-altitude balloon (stratospheric), suborbital and orbital flights. Customers can move up the ladder as their technology matures.
What payload sizes are supported today?+
1U to 4U form factors are supported today, with additional sizes unlocking as the platform scales.
What TRL range does Lab2Space cover?+
Lab2Space is designed to help customers efficiently move payloads from around TRL 3 through TRL 7, de-risking multi-million-dollar downstream missions.
What is Mission 0 and Mission 1?+
Mission 0 is our planned orbital demonstration vehicle. Mission 1 follows as the first operational Reusable Transport Spacecraft, leading toward the proposed Orbital Servicing Unit.
How does the technology consortium reduce risk?+
Leading deep-tech partners contribute avionics, power, materials, autonomous flight, LiDAR, digital twins and mission readiness so we do not carry the full R&D burden internally.

Commercial and traction

Does Orbit2Orbit have customers today?+
Yes. Commercial customers are on the Lab2Space platform generating revenue, and additional letters of intent are in place. Flight heritage has been achieved through the Parallax PHU mission.
How many missions are planned?+
17 missions are currently planned through 2027, and the manifest is growing.
What is Orbit2Orbit's business model?+
Lab2Space generates near-term revenue and flight heritage. Every validation customer is a potential long-term logistics customer for O2O, creating recurring revenue as orbital assets need transport, servicing, refuelling and recovery.

Is Orbit2Orbit currently raising capital?+
Yes. We are running a Reg D offering ahead of a proposed public listing pathway. Contact investor relations for the current offering documents.
What is the proposed listing pathway?+
Orbit2Orbit is progressing a proposed reverse takeover to list on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The transaction is subject to customary conditions, regulatory approval and completion.
